Web SDK Versions

Releases

New versions are released periodically. Usually around twice a year. In addition, a patch version is released when important bug is found and fixed.

SDK versions are following semantic versioning (x.y.z). Meaning, a patch for bug fixes, a minor for new feature, and a major for large features or breaking changes.

Deprecation

SDK versions are supported for at least 1 year following their release. Meaning, from this point forward, they might be deprecated and not supported anymore.

In any case of version deprecation, SkyPath will publish the end of support date it in the docs and will send a deprecation notice to partners using this version, six months in advance.

SkyPath will work with partners to verify smooth transition, easy upgrade and no production harm.
